On this Father's Day, we take a moment to appreciate all of the dads and father figures around the world who are faithfully leading their families, sometimes at risk of their own well-being, toward our Heavenly Father.

Chance and Charity are the children of Kule, one of many victims who were abducted by the ADF in a tragic ambush in 2023. “We don’t really know if he will come back again,” Chance admitted. “We only wish that our father would be in prison rather than being abducted by the ADFs. We would rather be going to prison and check on him.”

Adding to the grief of losing their father, the girls also lost their family’s breadwinner and were forced to drop out of school because they could no longer afford the school fees.

Coming alongside Chance and Charity in their heartache, generous donors stepped in to pay for the girls’ school fees and uniforms, as well as food assistance and household items.

“The Lord has made us laugh once again,” the girls expressed. “We thank Him for His love. We are going to have a bright future after our studies because the Lord has opened ways for us.”

This simple gift provided a lifeline for Chance and Charity when it seemed that all hope was lost. If you are interested in supporting students in similar situations, click here: https://vist.ly/58cxq

Are you a pastor or ministry leader? Know someone who is?

This summer, churches across America will gather openly to worship, pray, and study God's Word. But for millions of Christians around the world, gathering with other believers can lead to arrest, violence, or worse.

That's why ICC created the Underground Church Partnership Kit — a free bundle of resources to help churches stand with persecuted believers through prayer, awareness, and practical support.

Whether you're a pastor, small group leader, or church member, your congregation can make a difference.

Tag a pastor below, share this post, or learn more about bringing the campaign to your church at persecution.org/underground.

When we think about the persecution of Christians worldwide, countries like China, Nigeria, and North Korea come to mind. Rightfully so, these countries and others have demonstrated a consistent pattern of egregious human rights violations.

Other nations, like Nepal, seldom come to mind.

In ICC's latest report, Nepal’s Growing Hindu Nationalism and Christian Persecution, we sat down with Pastor Gopal Sheila Sharma, who lives in Kathmandu, Nepal. He oversees 40 unregistered churches throughout Nepal and he's here to share his side of the story.
