Sometimes the most important outcome of a Responsible Care Roadshow is simply bringing people together.

At Evonik's Mobile site, ACC's Responsible Care Roadshow connected employees, company leaders and community members through conversations about safety, operational excellence and the future of manufacturing. A highlight of the day was a community bus tour that gave local leaders a firsthand look at the site's operations and the specialized materials produced there.

By creating opportunities to listen, learn and engage, Evonik demonstrated how transparency helps build stronger relationships and greater understanding.
