🎙️🌳 What can trees teach us about resilience?
In this clip from Stories of Trees: Episode 1 — Roots of Connection: Dr. Kathy Wolf on Trees, Health, and Belonging, host Stacy Whittle reflects on the remarkable resilience of trees.

Despite pollution, development, and the many pressures we place on the natural world, trees continue to grow, adapt, and endure.

Their story is also our story.

Taking the time to truly observe trees can shift our perspective, offering lessons about patience, connection, and the world we share. The more we notice them, the more we understand their value, not just for our environment, but for our own well-being.

🌿 Watch this reflection from Stacy, then listen to the full episode featuring Dr. Kathy Wolf.

You don’t need to go far to find a spot in nature where you can sit and reflect. Nature knows what you need, and is always ready to offer it – you just need to be quiet enough to receive it.

After a period of burnout, I realised that nature knows what you need, and is always ready to offer it – you just have to be quiet enough to receive it
