Capital Clubhouse Inc. Our nonprofit is a community of adults living with mental illness. We work, laugh & learn together. There are some 200 Clubhouses in the U.S.

Capital Clubhouse a warm and inviting community that offers members a path to recovery from mental illness through friendship, meaningful work, and access to education and housing. Members and staff work side-by-side, as colleagues, in a “work-ordered day,” which parallels the typical 8-hr work day, in performing tasks that are important to keep the Clubhouse community running smoothly. and over 300 around the world, serving 100,000 members.

IR, JC and JJ are working toward the Clubhouse goal of partnering with local businesses in the Dupont Circle community to create opportunities for members to develop workplace skills, gain valuable experience and financial independence and build confidence as they work towards their goals.
