We’re thrilled to unveil our vibrant Nursing Home Outreach initiative, a heartfelt endeavor crafted to sprinkle joy and connection into the lives of our confined Beneficiaries! Imagine the delight as Trust Administrators swoop in around birthday time, armed with warm wishes, a beautifully crafted card, and a delightful small gift, all to celebrate another year around the sun for our beneficiary.

This initiative is more than just a visit; it’s a heartfelt reminder that every Beneficiary is a treasured member of our community, deserving special care and attention. By fostering connections and uplifting spirits, we aim to create not just smiles but cherished memories that will resonate in their hearts.

But we can’t do it alone! We invite Beneficiaries’ families, guardians, and provider organizations to join in this joyous mission. Simply reach out to the Trust Administrator to confirm the nursing home address and, if you can, the best times for these heartfelt visits. Together, let’s weave a tapestry of loving care and community, ensuring that each birthday celebration is a day to remember!
