Heavenly Father

We thank you for these precious children and for this special time of dedication.
We pray that you will bless these children with your love, protection, and wisdom all the days of their life.
Guide the parents with strength, patience, and faith as they raise this child in Your ways.
May this family always walk with You and glorify Your name.
In Jesus’s name we pray, Amen.

Our Last Adventure Club Outing of the First Half of 2026! 🌈

Today, we traveled from Washington, D.C. to Manassas and had an amazing time together.
We skated as fast as we could, helped friends who fell, pulled each other along, and encouraged one another every step of the way.
After all the fun, we enjoyed a delicious meal to fill our hungry stomachs.
As we were leaving, a beautiful rainbow appeared in the sky, as if it was welcoming us.
We are thankful to God for giving us such a wonderful day filled with joy, friendship, and His blessings

(June 3. 2026)

[Unfailing love]
“God is always waiting for us, standing with open arms to welcome those who turn back to Him after going the wrong way”

1 Corinthians 13 :7-8

7. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres?
8. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

May 13, 2026. Women’s Ministry

1. Today at Women’s Ministry, we spent a beautiful time creating clay flower frame art with our hands and hearts.

Each flower was different, just like each woman God created so uniquely and beautifully. As we shaped every petal, we were reminded that God is the One who lovingly shapes our lives too.

2. In celebration of National Salvation Army Week , we stepped out into the community to share more than just bright red, delicious apples. 🍎
With every apple we handed out, we hoped to share a little kindness, encouragement, and the love of God with the people around us.

“Heart to God, Hand to Man.”
Today was a sweet reminder that when God’s love fills our hearts, it naturally flows

Happy Mother’s Day!

Can a mother forget the baby at her breast
and have no compassion on the child she has borne?
Though she may forget, I will not forget you![Isaiah 49:15]

We honor the dedication of all mothers in this world.
Since every mother is experiencing motherhood for the first time, there are moments when they make mistakes and even times when they unintentionally hurt us.

However, our Heavenly Father never forsakes us in any circumstance. He remains faithful, always with us, and He never forgets us.

May 8th (Fri). Adventure Club

Today at Adventure Club, we had a fun time making and enjoying Korean summer dessert, Patbingsu!
“It’s fun!”
“The taste is 9 out of 10!” 😊

Also, in celebration of Mother’s Day, the children enjoyed making flower baskets filled with beautiful flowers and sweet fragrance for their moms. 🌸

Our mothers may not be perfect like God, but they continually reflect His love through their unconditional care and sacrifice.

To all the wonderful mothers who share God’s love with us every day—

Happy Mother’s Day! 💐

May. 6th (Wed)
We stepped out into the street with a simple mission: to share love.

Warm bread for the body, and Daily Bread for the soul—offered with joy, smiles, and open hearts.

As we invited our community to the upcoming summer camp, we were reminded that even a small moment can become a doorway to something greater.

Though space is limited, our prayers are not. We pray that those who do not yet know God will find their way to Solomon G. Brown Corps—and that every child we met will be embraced by His love and called His own.

April 29th (Wednesday) 11 AM

We held our Senior Card Club gathering.
We received a helpful lesson from United Healthcare, where we learned about Ranked Choice Voting in Washington, DC, presented by the DC Board of Elections.

We also enjoyed playing a fun game of bingo together.

Afterward, we shared a free lunch, which included pasta, garlic bread, and egg salad.

In addition, we distributed fresh, high-quality food supplies to everyone.

It was a wonderful time of learning, fellowship, and sharing.

We hope that God’s love will be shared with all our neighbors.
