Professional Women's Group, Washington DC Over 100 women take advantage of the PWG program annually.

The PWG is the first and only job retention model that moves low-income women towards self-sufficiency by addressing their social and economic needs in relation to work, home and their community. This program offers women mentoring support and valuable professional, financial literacy and personal development seminars on how to survive and thrive in the workplace. PWG members attend meetings once

a month where they are given the opportunity to network and share their experiences with other professional women. Every meeting features a lead by an expert guest speaker on topics relevant to one of these topical areas:

Written Rules of the Workplace,
Unwritten Rules of the Workplace,
Financial Management, and
Work/Life Balance
