The Society of Al Hawz

The Society of Al Hawz Welcome to the Society of Al Hawz web site. The Society of Al Hawz is a private organization in the United States.

It was founded by the members of First Platoon of Company E Second Battalion Fifth Marine Regiment and their Jordanian, and Iraqi counterparts who had served at Combat Outpost Al Hawz (Op Bastard) during their deployment to Ar Ramadi Iraq in Support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. This unique organization is dedicated to perpetuating the memory of the Marines, Sailors, and Iraqi police who served together in the fight against terrorism.
