Tau Kappa Epsilon was founded on January 10, 1899 at Illinois Wesleyan University, Bloomington, Illinois. Tau Kappa Epsilon has more than 250,000 initiated members sine founding and currently has close to 250 chapters and colonies creating 'Better men for a Better World' throughout the United States and Canada.
