Equal Justice Foundation We are a student run organization that raises money to fund unpaid summer internships for students at Georgetown Law.

The Equal Justice Foundation (EJF) fundraises to support Georgetown Law students engaged in unpaid legal work during the summer. The organization began in 1982 as a competitive fellowship award with only three recipients. EJF has grown into a program that provides supplemental summer funding to all eligible students working without pay for public interest or government organizations. Georgetown La

w guarantees funding for more students engaged in public interest work than any law school in the country, providing almost 500 fellowship awards in 2016. We seek to ensure that no student feels financially precluded from pursuing legal work they are passionate about.
