Teachers' Federation of Park Forest

Teachers' Federation of Park Forest Teachers' Federation of Park Forest is the council for certifed and classified staff of Park Forest-Chicago Heights School District #163.

We are members of Local 604, the Illinois Federation of Teachers (IFT) and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT).

Due to the storms, we were unable to host our annual New Teacher breakfast. We will still get the information to new staff at a future date.

We understand and recognize many are still without internet, phones, and power both at home and at some schools. We are working on seeing what disaster relief is available to our members from either AFT Local 604 or the AFT. In the meantime, remember if you are able to help someone, post here what you are able to offer. If you are in need of assistance, post here so those who are able to help know who they can assist.

We all need one another right now. Be patient. Give grace. Be kind. We're all in this together.
