The Big Hunt

The Big Hunt The Big Hunt is an annual scavenger hunt for Georgetown students that takes place across D.C.

Students form teams and compete for prizes by exploring the city and completing challenges, making friends along the way! The Big Hunt is a DC-wide Scavenger Hunt for freshmen and transfers in which you can win thousands of dollars in prizes! Think of it this way: You wake up early in the morning with a team of 4-6 of your friends, head down to White Gravenor, get pumped, and GO! You race around t

he city, collecting things, answering trivia questions, and performing tasks that volunteers stationed around the city give to you. After hours and hours of fun and tiring tasks, you can win thousands of dollars in prizes.

We have a secret mission for you. Form a team and be a part of Operation Big Hunt on October 5! Take the day to be a secret agent as you explore the city, look for clues, fill out your mission report, and try to capture pictures of other teams. Do you have what it takes to successfully complete your mission? Find out by registering for the Big Hunt!

Mission Details:

Registration Deadline: Accept your mission by September 24 at 11:59 p.m.

Who can be the agents?
o First-year and transfer students

o Form a team of 4-6 people to register. Don't have a
team? That's okay! Register on your own or with one or
two other people as free agents and we will add you to a
team.

Cost: $15

Attire: Your disguise will be provided (an Operation Big Hunt t-shirt to be included in the cost), but your team can also feel free to coordinate with accessories that might hide your identity like hats or sunglasses. Comfortable shoes and clothing are highly recommended!

The day of the mission: October 5th from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Bring water, any snacks you may want during the day, and a metro card if you have one. Breakfast and dinner will be provided!

Should you complete your mission, lots of awesome prizes — such as concert tickets, gift cards and vouchers, a hammock, and many more — are in store for all participants in Operation Big Hunt!
