An improved version of the tool that members can use to attest that they meet the U.S. Qualification Standards (USQS) is now available.

The USQS Attestation Form may be used to attest to meeting either the general qualification requirements or the specific requirements for signing NAIC annual life, health, and property & casualty statements of actuarial opinion (SAOs).

To use the new form, members should log in to the Academy website and visit actuary.org/attest.
