Today we celebrate Juneteenth National Independence Day, in which we commemorate the day in Galveston, Texas when the freedom of the last enslaved people was announced.✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽

Juneteenth is the day when we hold our history dearly, and honor the ancestors whose resilience lives in our joy today. 🕯️🤲🏾

Rest isn't a luxury or something you have to earn. It's how you show up for the ones you love, including yourself.

Having trouble catching those z's😴? - Try the following:
🛌 Set a consistent bedtime
🔆 Dim the lights
📵 Put your phone down 30 - 60 mins before bed
😌 Do a relaxing activity like reading a physical book, listening to calm podcasts, or practicing deep breathing
🗣️ Ask for help when you need it
