Samuel S. Hicks Memorial Fund

The Samuel S. Hicks Memorial Fund was established by family and friends to benefit the youth of the Samuel S. He was just 33 years old.

Hicks was a devoted father, loving husband, son, grandson, uncle and friend to many. Tragically, on November 19, 2008, FBI Special Agent Hicks was killed while serving a warrant at a home in Indiana Township, Pennsylvania.

The Samuel S. Hicks Memorial Fund is a proud sponsor of the Westmoreland/Fayette County Scouts of America. Despite the severe and destructive weather, scouts are enjoying their first week of camp in the beautiful Laurel Highlands.
