🇺🇸 A Message from ACF-NCCA President Chef Steve Ryder

This year's American Culinary Federation National Convention in Grand Rapids was filled with exciting achievements, important updates, and a renewed focus on the future of our profession.

👏 Please join us in congratulating Deniz Orhun, recipient of the National Cutting-Edge Award, and Will Rogers, honored with the Northeast Region L.J. Minor Chef Professionalism Award. Your dedication to our chapter and the culinary profession makes us proud!

Chef Ryder also shared several updates from the ACF Board of Governors, including:
🔹 Continued growth of military partnerships and culinary competitions
🔹 A successful debut of the Senior Living Competition, with discussions underway for a future Catering Competition
🔹 Positive financial progress for the ACF and a focus on continued transparency and stability
🔹 New leadership in chapter engagement and membership
🔹 Upcoming bylaw updates to strengthen our chapter

Looking ahead, there are many ways to get involved! Whether it's volunteering, helping update our chapter bylaws, supporting our National and Youth Culinary Teams, or simply sharing ideas for future events, your participation helps keep our chapter strong.
