Economic Empowerment stands as a cornerstone of our mission, rooted in the belief that thriving communities can only be built upon a foundation of sustainable economic growth. At The Tenth Charity, we recognize that the ability to build generational wealth is not just a distant dream but a tangible reality that can shape the destinies of individuals and communities alike. Our approach to economic empowerment is multifaceted, embracing a holistic view of development that encompasses not only financial prosperity but also personal growth and well-being. At The Tenth Charity, responsibility is the fabric that binds us together in peace. As a Christian organization, we recognize our sacred duty to help others, elevating responsibility and the spirit of Faith in the communities through collaboration with like-minded individuals and organizations. We understand the paramount importance of trust, and to maintain the trust of our supporters and communities, we pledge to maintain utmost transparency. We will publicly disclose the sources and allocation of all funds we receive, with the majority dedicated to our cause. Our ultimate aim is to ensure that a substantial 90% of the funds we receive are directly channeled towards the causes we champion, maximizing the impact of every contribution. The unfortunate reality is that many non-profit organizations today seem to prioritize administrative overhead, allocating around 90% of their funds to expenses unrelated to their stated mission, leaving only a meager 10% to support the actual causes they advocate for. At The Tenth Charity, we steadfastly reject such practices and will strive to exemplify our unwavering dedication to responsible stewardship, allocating resources where they truly matter, and fulfilling our promise to make a genuine and lasting difference in the lives of those we serve. When will you be up and running? We are aiming to launch fully in 2024. Currently our paperwork, website, etc. are all being overhauled for our launch. How much can I donate? Individuals and businesses can donate any amount and as frequently as they deem fit. However, we seek to forge strategic and long-term relationships with Business Partners who share our mission. These partners commit 10% of their yearly profits to The Tenth Charity, aligning with our belief that taking care of each other and advancing entire communities is a sacred responsibility. When can I start donating? We are currently not accepting donations until we can ensure that all our paperwork is in order, and our website can provide the transparency that we are promising. Our Story

The Tenth Charity, is a non-profit organization, (pending 501c3 approval), that was founded on the principals of advancing communities with tools and infrastructure to promote education, engagement & economic empowerment. Why do we focus on these three areas? (1) Education, is the cornerstone to a successful life and it is fundamental to the future of all developing nations. We aim to invest heavily in research, infrastructure, policy reform, and practical ex*****on, to ensure all people get the opportunity and resources they need to succeed. (2) Engagement, is a central tool of communication. We aim to highlight media, content & message that drive positive narratives that progress & broaden our collective thought process. (3) Economic Empowerment, allows generational wealth to be established. In order for communities to truly thrive they must have the ability to continue where there predecessors left off, and not continually start over. We will accomplish these three priorities by managing a organization that values responsibility. Responsibility is the web that holds everything together and it is the unwritten contract in society that binds people to one another in peace. All non profits are created with the notion that we are responsible to help others. We aim to collaborate with organizations to elevate responsibility in the world community. How will we approach this task differently? We understand that ‘trust’ is essential. Communities want to know that local charities are (1) using their funds appropriately, (2) are adhering to their missions and (3) producing tangible results. So, we are investing heavily to ensure that the organization is extremely transparent. What does this mean? It means that (1) we will publicly disclose where are all funds come from, (2) where all funds are going to, and (3) pledge that the majority of all donations go towards our cause. When will you be up and running? We are aiming to launch fully in 2018. Currently our paperwork, website, etc. are all being overhauled for our launch. How Does Donations Work? Individuals & Businesses can donate any amount & as frequently as they deem fit. However, we aim to build long term & strategic relationships with Businesses Partners. These partners commit 10% of their yearly profits toward the Tenth’s mission. How do you get businesses to commit 10% of their profits? Our Business partners understand that helping society is not a line item on their balance sheet, but rather it’s on OUR collective balance sheet. They share in the principal that it is our sacred duty to take care of each other, to put in place policies and institutions that will advance entire communities, and to focus on those that will benefit from it most; the poor. In the short run, programs like ours may be viewed as liabilities on the public ledger, but in the long run, these programs and the people they help are assets, because they testify to the cohesiveness of society, which is priceless. At the end of the day, it's not about what we build but rather the lives we touch. Why 10%? For some, they have achieved the ability to live off 90% of their earnings and are now looking for ways to give back. Although 10% is a small percentage, when combined globally, it allows the organization to make real & meaningful progress. Again, an individual or business can donate any amount & we only encourage you to donate what is within your means. When can I start donating? For individuals that feel alone and powerless, that want to enact change, it serves as a reminder that we must tackle the greatest issues that plague our global community together. It's easy to forget that there are MANY people out there that share your hopes & aspirations for a better world. For We Are Many, encompasses the power that we as a collective unit possess.
