RHCA at the Forefront of Construction Industry Safety 🦺🏗️

We’re proud to represent the RHCA at The Alliance Program’s 2025 Annual Construction Roundtable, where national organizations come together to shape the future of our industry.

This year’s theme—“Building Psychological Safety: A Foundation for Success in the Construction Industry”—couldn’t be more timely or important. As a leader in workforce and site safety, RHCA continues to champion environments where every worker feels seen, heard, and valued.

Together with our partners, we're building more than structures — we’re building a safer, stronger, and more resilient industry. 💪🏽

Supporting Small Businesses in TX-29!

Today, Congresswoman Sylvia R. Garcia (TX-29) hosted a Small Business/Economic Impact Roundtable Discussion with local business leaders and small business owners to discuss the real impact of tariffs and recent executive orders on our economy.

Joined by Houston City Councilmembers Joaquin Martinez, Mario Castillo, and Julian Ramirez, the discussion focused on the challenges and opportunities facing small businesses in Houston. The insights shared will help guide policy decisions to support entrepreneurs and strengthen our local economy.

Your voice matters! Congresswoman Garcia remains committed to advocating for our small business community. Stay engaged, and let’s work together to create a stronger Texas!
