What a great day! This only captures part of the moments of the Artivists for Health Breathwork Session with Master and Certified Breath Sekou Ayo Handy-Kendi! We learned to breath through dance, movement, from being seated to standing under hip-hop music to sound scapes!

Thank you to all who came and the Faunteroy Center in Ward 7 for having us!
