Casana Fink is Miss Florida 2024, 3rd Runner-Up at Miss America, an MBA graduate of the University of Florida, a former White House intern, and now Press Secretary for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. She is widely recognized for her work in organ donation advocacy and public service.
Inspired by her father’s life-saving organ transplant, Casana has been a lifelong advocate for organ donation access, education, and healthcare reform. At 14, she founded Give to Live – Donate Life and later authored a children’s book to help introduce conversations about organ donation at a young age. Through efforts like her statewide Transplant Tour, she has helped educate more than 400,000 people while seeing both the lives saved and the gaps that remain.
Her background also spans fashion, business, and strategic communications. She is the founder of The Unverified, a women’s clothing brand, and also operates a seasonal business specializing in large-scale LED installations across Central Florida. Across every role, Casana brings together advocacy, entrepreneurship, and public service to shape conversations and drive meaningful change.
