This spring, together you collected 1,302 pairs of shoes and raised $581, providing a full year of food and housing, as well a month of education support for nineteen families in countries like Haiti and Honduras, and brand new athletic shoes for 29 students in the United States experiencing homelessness.

Last week, the NRF Talent Acquisition Group gathered at the PetSmart Home Office in Phoenix, AZ, bringing together nearly 50 talent leaders from 25 retail brands. The conversation ranged from federal and state policy updates impacting talent acquisition, best practices around internal mobility, to strategies for workforce planning and assessments. The group also heard from senior leaders at PwC on how AI is shaping retail strategy.
