How is your Portuguese, French, and Brazilian...err, I guess that's Portuguese too 😅. Claudia Cataldi joined us for a game this past Sunday and wrote a story about broomball.

🏒 Summer Short‑Ice Broomball at The St. James ☀️

We’re back at The St. James for a five‑week summer short‑ice broomball league, starting July 12! Games are Sundays from 2:30 to 3:40 PM

Short‑ice game is slightly different from the full-ice game. The smaller ice surface leads to more shots, more passes, and less chasing the ball. It's also a sneaky good workout. Rosters will be 6–8 players, and the cost is $75 for 5 games.

We’re open to players 16 and older, so if your teen wants to join, reach out!

League Details:
📅 Dates: July 12 • July 19 • July 26 • Aug 2 • Aug 9
🕒 Time: Sundays at 2:30 PM
📍 Location: The St. James Ice House
