The Gilliam Family and the Carolina Region announce with heartfelt sympathy the passing of Sister Alease Reed Gilliam, beloved mother of Sis. Tammy Chapman and mother-in-law of Bro. Johnny Chapman.

We join the Gilliam and Chapman families in honoring a life marked by faith, love, service, and devotion to family. Please keep the family lifted in prayer as they celebrate her life and cherish her memory.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the St. John C.M.E. Church Sunday School in Sister Gilliam’s memory.
