For families caring for someone with Alzheimer's or another dementia, even small disruptions in care can have serious consequences.

Recent changes to Medicaid and other health programs could affect access to services that many families rely on every day—from home care and caregiver support to nursing home services and healthcare coverage.

UsAgainstAlzheimer's and the LEAD Coalition have released a new resource to help families understand what may be changing, what could be at risk, and what steps they can take now to prepare.
