All of our medical experts take time out of their normal professional schedules to take part in our medical trips to various parts of the world. None of our team members are monetarily compensated for their medical work but all agree that the results of our humanitarian efforts are reward enough. 100% of your donations go toward GSMSG medical missions and program costs. Absolutely zero dollars go to "administrative" or "general management" fees. US Veteran Involvement - Given the nature of the areas where our medical teams operate, we prioritize bringing US military veterans along as part of our teams to maximize the set of skills on the ground. We would like to reiterate that 100% of your donations go towards GSMSG being able to achieve the medical objectives as efficiently as possible. Unlike many other global medical organizations encumbered by large bureaucracies, GSMSG utilizes the latest technologies to organize and mobilize our resources. For the last ten years, GSMSG has brought world-leading medical and surgical experts into austere environments, disaster zones, and conflict areas where conventional systems are strained, absent, or overwhelmed.

The mission has never been simply to arrive with expertise. It has been to deliver capability where it matters most: closer to the point of need, alongside trusted partners, and under the conditions where training, judgment, and surgical excellence are tested.

From prolonged field care to advanced surgical support, from partner-force training to expeditionary medical system development, GSMSG exists at the intersection of medicine, mission, and consequence.

Light discipline. Noise discipline. And a surgical team setting up a damage control footprint where OPFOR thinks no capability exists.
Forward resuscitation isn’t a building. It’s a mindset and a trained team that can establish hemorrhage control, transfusion, and surgical intervention wherever the mission requires including below ground, off-grid, and inside the threat ring.

The next casualty doesn’t get to pick the terrain. Neither do we. So we train to operate in all of it.

Joining GSMSG is all fun and games… until someone says:

‘Alright guys, strap in. We’re killing the lights, spinning it, and setting the wave pool to Category 5 typhoon mode.’

…which, honestly, is still somehow considered a team-building exercise around here. 🌊😅

Nothing says ‘welcome aboard’ like emergency egress training, disorientation drills, and discovering who immediately forgets where ‘up’ is.
