Freedom House is proud to officially announce : The Fred Hiatt Program to Free Political Prisoners has adopted the case of Pastor Ezra Jin Mingri. Pastor Jin, founder of one of China’s largest underground house churches, has been detained since October 2025 alongside other Zion Church leaders for sharing biblical teachings online. Freedom House will advocate for Pastor Jin's immediate and unconditional release.
