What if technology could give case managers more time to focus on what matters most: their clients? 💙

Through the DC PSH Innovation Lab, Pathways to Housing DC and Woodley House are using Eleos AI to streamline case documentation and create more time for meaningful client connection.

We’re grateful to the Greater Washington Community Foundation for investing in this innovation and helping us explore new ways to strengthen the work of our frontline staff.

And a special shoutout to Alexis Walker, Pathways ACT Housing Specialist, who shared firsthand how Eleos is making a difference in her work and for the clients she serves. Innovation works best when it brings us closer to the people at the heart of our work.

Socks are one of the most requested clothing items by people experiencing homelessness. A clean, comfortable pair can provide warmth, protect feet, and help prevent irritation and infection, making this everyday essential especially important for our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

A huge thank-you to our incredible partner, bombas, for donating 30 boxes of socks to support our community! Your generosity is helping provide comfort, dignity, and care to the people we serve.

💜September is National Recovery Month, a time to recognize and honor people in recovery, those who are taking steps toward recovery, and the many paths recovery can take.

Today, Pathways staff are wearing purple in recognition of Recovery Month. From the streets to the office, at home and out in the community, our team is showing their support and standing alongside the people we serve.

Recovery can take time, trust, support, and stability. And for many people, having a safe place to call home can be an important part of that journey.

This month, we honor every step forward and every path to recovery. 💜

This , we’re reminded that advocacy works best when we work together.

Today, Pathways to Housing DC joined partners in Montgomery County, Maryland to welcome the offices' of congressional staff , , , , and and share what supportive housing looks like in action, and why preserving the funding that makes it possible matters.

This advocacy work is strengthened by the partnerships we build across our communities. Together with Montgomery County Health and Human Services, Bethesda Cares, , , , and Housing Opportunities Commission, we are working to ensure people have access to the housing and support they need to remain housed and thrive.

These conversations matter. When policymakers see supportive housing firsthand, they can better understand what is at stake and why continued investment in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is essential in Montgomery County and across the region. Supportive housing works because partnerships like these work.
