Decrease your risk of campylobacteriosis by:
✅ Avoiding raw milk or undercooked poultry
✅ Keeping raw and ready-to-eat foods separate
✅ Washing hands & sanitizing surfaces regularly

Always talk to your doctor if you have symptoms of campylobacteriosis like diarrhea, fever, nausea or stomach cramps.
