The Latino Caucus for Public Health stands in solidarity with survivors.

We condemn recent reports of sexual violence, coercion, and abuse for what they are: violence, exploitation, and abuse of power.

We also affirm that Dolores Huerta’s legacy stands on its own—rooted in justice, labor rights, and feminism—and honor the courage of the women who have spoken out.
Violence against women and girls is systemic and demands urgency, accountability, and action.

Public health isn’t political — it’s personal.

When families are afraid to go to school or seek care, community health suffers.

The Latino Caucus for Public Health is standing with immigrant communities and condemning harmful ICE enforcement actions.

Healthy communities require trust. We’re not backing down.
