Otakon welcomes ichi sayo to Otakon 2026! A manga artist and illustrator, she made her debut with the manga adaptation of the romance adventure game JŪZAENGI ENGETSUSANGOKUDEN 1. Her major manga works include the Ensemble Stars! manga adaptation, FOGGY FOOT, and The Female Detective and the Criminal: Reborn in an Otome Game. As an illustrator, her credits include character design for the romance simulation game Angelique Luminarise, Craft Essence illustrations for Fate/Grand Order, and collaboration artwork for Ensemble Stars!! on the international server.

Otakon welcomes Masahiko Minami! Masahiko Minami is the president and a producer of the Japanese animation studio Bones Inc.
He left Sunrise to co-found Bones together with animators Hiroshi Osaka and Toshihiro Kawamoto. Whether working on original projects or adaptations of existing works, Minami aims to create productions that place special value on the expressive, animator-driven movement of their characters.
Over the years he has produced a wide range of acclaimed titles, including Cowboy Bebop: The Movie, Eureka Seven, Sword of the Stranger, Space Dandy, Bungo Stray Dogs, My Hero Academia, Metallic Rouge, and Gachiakuta.

Otakon welcomes Kunio Oka to Otakon 2026! Kunio Oka is a master craftsman of replica food samples. He entered the trade straight out of high school, training under a demanding apprenticeship before striking out on his own. With a career spanning half a century, Oka has produced an enormous number of wax food samples and mastered replicas across a wide range of subjects. His work has been featured in numerous media granting him many memorable moments. One of these was crafting a sample tied to the final project of the idol group Arashi before their hiatus which gave him the opportunity to see the group in person. Ever in search of new materials, he has expanded beyond food to create medical models as well. Today he shares his craft through hands-on workshops open to people of all ages.

Otakon welcomes Yuya Ogisu and Teruyuki Omine to Otakon 2026.
Ogisu-san is a producer at LIDENFILMS. He began his career as a production assistant on "Monster Strike The Movie." and has since stepped up to the role of producer with credits including "Tonari no Yokai-san" and "Call of the Night Season 2."
Omine-san made his directorial debut in "Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor" as an episode director. He has since contributed storyboards and episode direction to a range of acclaimed series, including "SPY×FAMILY," "Attack on Titan: Final Season," and "Hell's Paradise." Omine took on his first role as series director with "Kaiju Girl Caramelise," marking an important new chapter in his career.
