Have you gotten your ticket for C***r Ride yet? No? What are you waiting for? It's the perfect time to fancy fall foliage.

The DC region has such a robust tree canopy for us to admire as the leaves transition, the warm reds from our red maples, bright yellows from the ginkgos, yellow poplars, and a mix of the red and yellow from our American elms! It is peak leaf peeping season in the District.

RYFL is so much more than a bike ride. Our ride and walk to the U.S. Capitol will demonstrate the size of our constituency. Our rally will bring together legislators, civic leaders, victim families and business to send a clear message. Our action cards will set you up for the advocacy we’ll continue after the ride to protect biking and walking infrastructure and address the policy failures that have led to 40,000 deaths each year on American roads.

Join us for Hains Point Hoopla 3.0 this Sunday, October 4th!
The event will have two parts:

🎉 🥁🎺Part 1: Meet at West Potomac Park Field #4 at 9 a.m for a bike ride with the DC Activist Street Band! (optional) 🎺🚲🎶
The band will lead us on a short (3-mile) ride out to Hains Point. We will be rolling slowly and calling for more attention on the threats to East Potomac Park.

📣🦅⛳Part 2: Arrive at Hains Point at 10 a.m. for a brief rally 🚶🏾‍♀️📸👟
Join us to hear from Davey Hearn, the former Olympian who was accused of allegedly vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, and learn about updates in the lawsuit to protect East Potomac Park.
