HRA is a non-profit organization based in Washington DC. Our focus is on the Caribbean Diaspora Investment & Entrepreneurship.

The HRA Business Investment Expo & Conference, now in its sixth edition promoting business development & investment, has established itself as the premier and the largest network event gathering high profile government officials, private sector, investors, NGOs, bankers, funders, entrepreneurs to discuss investment opportunities, form partnerships, share experiences, knowledge, passion and commitment to promoting sustainable development in the Caribbean.

2010-2014 – Over 3000 people from 12 countries have attended the HRA Expo since its launch in 2010. The expo has hosted over 200 speakers and subject matter experts who presented various aspects of business and investment in 80 workshops sessions; over 210 companies have showcased their products and services in the expo pavilion; 30 entrepreneurs have pitched their ideas in the investor’s tank with many success stories. The 2015 Business Expo will broaden its reach to include other Caribbean Diaspora businesses and investors interested in investing in emerging markets. This year’s key topics and theme will address global development solutions to the regions pressing problems around Energy and agriculture; other sessions will include social business and investment opportunities in infrastructure, technology, Tourism and improving Diaspora engagement strategies.
