Legacy Plaza, Montgomery, Alabama. The entrance to the Legacy Museum and National Memorial for Peace and Justice, where history is not simply remembered — it is confronted. This powerful space marked the beginning of several days of learning, reflection, and meaningful conversation for our Global Scholars as they explored the history of racial injustice, the ongoing pursuit of civil rights, and the responsibility each generation has to build a more just future. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn in a place that challenges, inspires, and calls us to action.

Global Scholar is great for so many reasons, but one of the very best is the incredible partner organizations and experts who so generously share their time, expertise, and passion with our young leaders. Hometown Tours are one of the highlights of our virtual program! This years virtual Scholars represented Syria, India, Brazil, Lebanon, Peru, the US and beyond, and had a great time sharing their food, culture and traditions.

What a week (or two) it's been, welcoming these incredible young leaders and changemakers to our Global Scholar DC and Virtual programs! From walking the halls of the U.S. Capitol, to meeting with embassies and global experts, to drafting ambitious projects to tackle issues like AI, climate change, and human rights, this group has shown up with curiosity, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to making a difference. They've reminded us -- once again -- just how powerful the youth voice can be. We can't wait to see all you'll do next. 💙
