Happy Memorial Day as we remember the courageous service and sacrifices of our armed services. I am honored to have served as a First Lieutenant in the US Army during Operation Desert Storm 1991 and DC Army National Guard, 274th Military Police Company. Rest in peace Private First Class Willie J. Brewer, Sr and Major General Warren L. Freeman. I salute those currently protecting and preserving our freedoms. PRESENT ARMS.

Passed away peacefully at home with his family, on May 3, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Green Hall; daughter, Leah; mother, Glynnora Hall; sister, Michelle Hall; brothers, Sean Hall and Chauncey Hall; sisters-in-law, Cathy Hall, Paula Hall and Alegra Hall; and a host of nieces and nephews. Family visitation will be held on Sunday, May 7, 2017, 2 to 5 p.m. at John T. Rhines Funeral Home, 3005 12th Street NE, Washington, DC. Homegoing services will be held Monday, May 8, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Mount Ephraim Baptist Church, 610 Largo Road, Upper Marlboro, MD. Donations may be sent to H Street CDC, 916 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, Washington DC 20003 with "In memory of Randy Hall" in the subject line.
