This important legislation protects youth - and their parents - from harm. The testimony CCHR gave on this issue was very well received and we were happy to help get this abuse eradicated. More is needed, but this is a good start.

When drugs have dangerous side effects, the public must be fully informed of them, so they can make informed choices. And no one should be forced or coerced into taking anything that could harm their general health.

New research finds antidepressants increase the risk of stroke, atrial fibrillation, heart failure and other cardiovascular events. Citizens Commission on Human Rights calls on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to update medication guides to reflect these risks.

Protest held in DC against the false science used to diagnose and drug after studies show there is no such thing as a "brain chemical imbalance." The FDA needs to take action against psychiatrists who base the use of psychiatric drugs on this myth, rather than finding real solutions!
