Today, March 4th, Prince George's County reissued its Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). Landlords may apply directly for up to 12 months of rent relief. Tenants whose landlords are unwilling to apply may also apply directly for up to 6 months of rent and/or utility relief.
