We said we were going to shake things up, and we actually did. I am so incredibly proud of the hard work, the tough conversations, and the massive wins we pulled off this year. To my right hand, Lauren, and the absolute rockstars on the Executive Board: thank you for holding it down and trusting the vision. We promised to leave things better than we found them, and we really did that. Being your 58th National Chair has been a true privilege. The future of Black legal excellence is in amazing hands. Stepping out with a full heart! ✊🏾💼
