This past Tuesday, our CSF-DC scholars visited Delaware State University for a college tour, exploring an exciting option close to home!

Our scholars were excited to experience campus life, learn about academic programs, and discover the opportunities available to them as they plan their next chapter.

At CSF-DC, we believe that exposure creates possibilities. By visiting campuses and exploring their options, our scholars can envision their futures, discover new opportunities, and take meaningful steps toward achieving their college dreams.

At the CSF-DC/Costco Breakfast Fundrasier, a room full of supporters becomes something more: a community united by student stories, celebration, and the belief that every scholar deserves the opportunity to become their best.

CSF-DC alumnus Darone Okolie experienced that firsthand at the 15th Annual CSF-DC/Costco Breakfast Fundrasier. Now, he’s sharing why you should join us for the 19th Annual CSF-DC/Costco Breakfast Fundraiser on October 22.

Hear from Darone about what it means to be part of the CSF-DC community, and why this is a morning you won’t want to miss.

Join us to hear the stories, celebrate our scholars, and experience firsthand the community that makes CSF-DC special.

This World Teachers’ Day, we are grateful for the educators who pour their time, patience, knowledge, and heart into our young people every day.

Teachers don’t just teach lessons, they help shape confidence, open doors, spark curiosity, and inspire students to see a future they may not have imagined for themselves.

Who was the teacher who changed your life? The one who helped you grow, believed in you, or made you love a subject you never thought you would?

Tag them. Thank them. Celebrate them. 📚

College conversations start long before high school! At CSF-DC, we support our scholars from middle school and beyond, helping them explore their interests, build confidence, and discover the possibilities that lie ahead.

This photo was taken during Back-to-School Night at Kramer Middle School, where Mr. Allen connected with scholars and families, building relationships and laying the foundation for future success.

Through guidance, mentorship, and meaningful conversations, we want every scholar to know that college is an option for everyone and their dreams are within reach!

The earlier we start, the more opportunities we create for our scholars to explore their potential and discover who they can become.

Our first Level Up session was a success!

Our scholars received additional academic support in their core subjects while also exploring exciting opportunities for their future!

We were thrilled to welcome Mr. Evan C. Shoaf, Associate Dean of Admissions at Bowdoin College, who shared valuable insights about the college, the application process, study opportunities, and campus life.

His presentation encouraged our scholars to think beyond their local communities and explore the many possibilities that await them at colleges and universities across the country.

We’re excited to see our scholars continue to learn, grow, and LEVEL UP!
