Emerging Arts Leaders DC Professional development, networking, and events for emerging arts leaders in the metropolitan Washington, DC area.

Emerging Arts Leaders DC (EALDC) is a volunteer led initiative that provides professional development, networking, and information relevant to emerging arts professionals in the metropolitan Washington, DC area. Monthly events are intended to offer regular peer networking and provide access to learning that in turn strengthens the local arts sector. EALDC is a part of the national Emerging Leaders

Network, a program developed by Americans for the Arts. Americans for the Arts defines emerging arts professionals as either being in the first five years of their arts career, or being under the age of 36. While EALDC programs are specifically designed for the emerging professional demographic, we welcome the participation of all ages and experience levels.
