What does it look like to turn passion into policy change?

Join us for From Passion to Policy: Youth Mental Health Advocacy in Action, an interactive event empowering young changemakers to advocate for mental health at both the policy and community levels. Through collaboration, discussion, and guidance from guest speaker Diana Chao, founder of Letters to Strangers, participants will explore current mental/public health legislation, build advocacy skills, and develop actionable ideas to create change in their own communities.

Your voice is powerful, and policy change starts with people willing to speak up.

DID YOU KNOW? ⚡️

1 in 7 families in the U.S. are living in energy poverty, and as AI data centers rapidly expand, the strain on our energy systems (and communities) is only growing. 💻⚡️

Behind every terawatt-hour is a real story: families making impossible choices between electricity, food, and medicine.

So what can we do?
✨ Stay informed on local energy policies
✨ Advocate for fair, people-first solutions
✨ Organize for energy equity in our communities

The future of tech shouldn’t come at the cost of basic human needs. Let’s make sure innovation and justice go hand in hand. 💡✊
