La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc. is an organization that seeks to take a leadership role in meeting the needs of the Latino community through academic achievement, cultural awareness, community service and promotion of the Latino culture and people.
As people of colonized nations, we always want to extend compassion, understanding, and solidarity for other victims of colonial violence and apartheid. As an organization, we condemn terrorism and genocide in all circumstances. We are calling on our global leaders to call for a ceasefire now!
In addition, we hereby call on the Hermanos of La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc. to participate in the BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) movement. We wish to boycott specific brands that take a direct role in supporting the Israeli government in their subjugation of the Palestinian people. We would like all regions, chapters, and Hermanos to join us in boycotting the companies included until the Israeli government agrees to a ceasefire. CEASEFIRE NOW.
