ADL DC is wrapping up a productive August recess after meeting with six congressional offices across Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina!

We urged support for three bills to strengthen protections for Jewish communities and houses of worship: the Jewish American Security Act (JASA), the Right to Worship Act, and the Pray Safe Act.

Fighting hate takes all of us, and partnerships like this one prove it. ADL Washington D.C. Deputy Regional Director Josh Stevens joined the Greensboro Jewish Federation and local civic, education, and public safety leaders, alongside the Guilford County Sheriff's Office for an important discussion on antisemitism and hate in North Carolina. As students return to the classroom, we're reminded how vital it is to keep talking with young people about respect, inclusion, and standing up against bullying and discrimination.
