The inABLE Team had a great time participating in the KISE Conference 2026, which celebrated the theme 'Advancing Disability Inclusion through Assistive Technology and Innovation.' 💡

Speaking during the Disability Inclusion Through Technology Across the Life Course panel session, Valarie Olesia highlighted the role of assistive technology in supporting students with visual impairments throughout their educational journey. 🦯

She also emphasised the importance of increasing awareness of assistive technology to help ensure that students can transition into the workplace with the tools and support they need to work independently and participate equitably.

From the classroom to the workplace, accessibility matters at every stage. 💙
