Founded in 2019 by Ayanna Dawkins and Ryanna Miller, Diplomatic Perspective infuses volunteer team members, consultants, fellows, and corporate giving to facilitate our mission, values, and programming. Working harmoniously with District of Columbia Public schools, international NGOs, current and former international affairs leaders, Fortune 100 companies, and government entities continues to produce a formidable sustainability and impact forecast. Together, we desire to assist youth and young adults in achieving opportunities and life-changing experiences through education, social capital, and access. Our Name: We use the term "Diplomatic" to describe the intersection between positive everyday people skills and international affairs jargon. "Perspective" is combined to formulate the overall message that each individual has a unique voice, diverse background, and a valued opinion when it comes to ensuring peace and opportunity in communities and our world.
