Students in our Oriadha Global Fellowship Program (OGFP) had the opportunity to visit The World Bank Group office in Washington, DC for an immersive learning experience focused on global development, international cooperation, and careers in international affairs.

Through conversations with World Bank professionals, students explored how global institutions work to address complex challenges including poverty reduction, economic development, education, and sustainability. Experiences like this are an important part of helping young people connect classroom learning to real-world global leadership and diplomacy.

A highlight of the visit was hearing from and engaging with Eugene Rhuggenaath, whose insights on leadership, public service, and international collaboration left a lasting impression on our students.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Adelhaida Hatibović and the World Bank Group team for hosting our students and creating such a meaningful and engaging experience. Your time, leadership, and investment in the next generation of global leaders is deeply appreciated.

Grades measure knowledge. Experiences deepen it.

Growth doesn’t come from just one place—it’s shaped by learning, effort, and the moments that challenge how we see the world.

Every student carries a different kind of passport—one filled with ideas, cultures, questions, and the courage to keep growing.

At Diplomatic Perspective, we believe the world is not just studied—it is experienced.
