🎉 And CONGRATULATIONS to incoming President Sandra Little as she prepares to lead NOMA into its next chapter!

The staff has been passed, but the mission continues. Together, we honor the legacy, embrace new leadership, and continue advancing diversity, opportunity, and excellence in architecture.

Meet Tiffany Montañez, an architect
Born in: Miami, Florida
Roots in: Puerto Rico & New York City

Tiffany Montañez brings together design, leadership, and community in the many spaces she moves through. As a Design Manager at Gensler’s Miami office and President of SoFloNOMA, she creates space not only through her work, but also through mentorship, leadership, and opportunities for others.

Her story is one of many identities, communities, and experiences coming together—and of carrying those experiences forward into the way she leads and serves.

Swipe through to get to know Tiffany beyond her title: the places and people that have shaped her, the values she carries with her, and the creative interests that make space in her life outside of architecture.

As part of NOMA’s 2026 Hispanic Heritage Month campaign, we’re celebrating the stories, experiences, and perspectives of Latino/Hispanic members across our community.
