An energizing few days for Aspen Conexión at , a leading international thought leadership forum shaping how cities connect, adapt, and lead in a rapidly changing world.

From the main stage to smaller networking sessions, our engagement reflected what defines Aspen Conexión at its core: being in the room where ideas move, and helping move them forward. Through conversations with mayors, artists, and institutional leaders, we built meaningful connections, explored new models of collaboration, and identified opportunities to translate global insight into local impact.

On stage, , Executive Director of Aspen Conexión, moderated a session with artist Cristina Iglesias and Fátima Sánchez Santiago (Centro Botín), examining how art and cultural institutions can reimagine the relationship between cities and the natural world. The discussion underscored that creativity is not peripheral to urban development. It is central to how cities evolve and connect.

Across conversations, we engaged partners and peers to think more expansively about cross-border collaboration and how global moments can unlock new pathways for economic and cultural prosperity.

This is where Latino impact meets global opportunity. It is through platforms like that we continue to build the relationships, ideas, and partnerships that carry that vision forward.

Save the Date! As part of the Frieze New York “In the City” program, Aspen Conexión and El Museo del Barrio will convene a cross-sector conversation on the growing influence of U.S.-based Latino artists and the opportunities ahead for collections, investment, and institutional representation.

Building on the robust success of the Latin American art market, this discussion explores how that momentum can translate to greater visibility and market expansion for U.S. Latino artists.

Set against a broader pop cultural moment, where artists like Bad Bunny and Karol G are shaping global demand, the conversation positions the visual arts as a new wave of creative influence across museums, galleries, and collections. Don’t miss out!

Still feeling the momentum from our time with CAF (Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina y el Caribe) at the CAF International Economic Forum!

Last month, and CAF signed a Memorandum of Understanding, launching an exciting new chapter of cross-border collaboration across the Americas.

Our Executive Director, Pilar Frank-O’Leary, shares why this partnership matters and what it unlocks across the Americas: From leadership development to knowledge exchange, this MOU lays the foundation for deeper regional connection and network sharing.

At Aspen Conexión, we believe inclusive growth is built through the intersection of commerce, creativity, and community. This partnership reflects that vision, and our shared commitment to strengthening Latino communities as drivers of cultural innovation, economic opportunity, and hemispheric collaboration.
