Ria Graham and her husband Kevol Graham opened their Caribbean themed restaurant Kokomo in June 2020 which Kev calls β€œBrooklyn’s newest Caribbean experience.”

Ria is a mother of 2 beautiful children and has shown she is a master in Caribbean cuisine. Between managing her time from family time to building Kokomo and their soon to be whiskey brand she has become an inspiration to people in her community and around the world.

In 2020 Ria and Kevol surpassed a million dollars in sales and this year are close to clearing $4 million in sales. Ria says growing up in a Caribbean family and he her family is is what drew her towards cooking.

Kokomo’s cuisine builds on the familiar island taste with a modern flair. β€œWe wanted to share a part of the Caribbean that we felt like wasn’t seen that much, and that’s the diversity of it,” Graham said to Insider.
