Their updated certification eligibility requirements include 750 direct patient care clinical hours, aligning with the 2022 Standards for Quality Nurse Practitioner Education (6th Edition) — standards that the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties (NONPF) helped facilitate and continues to champion.
