This organization was born from lived experience, built with love for our community, and rooted in the belief that Black families deserve more than survival — we deserve stability, dignity, opportunity, and real pathways to success.

From community meals and holiday programs…
to youth initiatives, maternal support, financial literacy, and transitional housing — we are building something that will truly serve our people and create lasting change.

And trust me when I say this:

Over the next few months, you’ll see Rhodes to Success moving with purpose — showing up, serving, and creating spaces where families feel supported, respected, and empowered.

🎄✨ Dinner with Santa was EVERYTHING.

What started as a vision turned into a room full of joy, laughter, full plates, and smiling faces. Families showed up, kids were happy, the food was a HIT, and Santa absolutely stole the show. 🎅🏾❤️

We’re so grateful to everyone who came out, volunteered, cooked, helped, and supported in any way. Seeing our community come together like this is exactly why Rhodes to Success exists.
