Our Mission
FRAC’s sole mission is to aggressively advocate for and defend fi****ms, ammunition, and accessories manufacturers and importers from government overreach. This includes holding the government accountable for arbitrary and capricious policies and rulings and ensuring that the government’s regulation of the industry is conducted in an open and transparent manner.

FRAC extends its sincere congratulations to ATF Acting Director Kash Patel for his appointment by President Trump to that role. Mr. Patel is a demonstrated PATRIOT, and we trust that his leadership at ATF will be a breath of fresh air for the industry. We trust that Director Patel will do all that is necessary to right the ship and rein in ATF abuses, and we look forward to working with Director Patel and his team moving forward.
